Outlined below are the Terms of use for go deploy (“go deploy”, “services”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the website, you (“user” or “you”) together with any other documents (“privacy policy”) warrant that you have read and understood and agree to the following whether as a registered user or guest or go deploy customer

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, material, graphical images, works of authorship and images (“Intellectual Property”) incorporated in our services are owned by go deploy or it’s licensors. The exception is whereby go deploy have linked to or have content from an external source.

The services and all of the Intellectual Property are protected by copyright, and trademarks as applicable. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, display, download, distribute, license, reverse engineer, sell any of the Intellectual Property information, content, graphical images or works or authorship from or through go deploy services and website. This is in direct violation of our Terms of use.

Registering an account

You have the opportunity to voluntary register an account with us. Creating an account is bound by your accepting our Terms of use and Privacy Policy, you may opt out of marketing communication however we may from time to time need to contact you with service emails regarding payments and account. By registering you warrant that all information you have provided is current, your own and up to date. If you are purchasing Microsoft content material you will need to provide further information such as company name, purchase order quantity and MPN which we may pass on to Microsoft for verification. You agree to maintain this information in order to remain compliant with our Terms of use. You are unauthorised to share any information permitting to your account including, usernames, passwords or sharing of content and material beyond reasonable use. We have the right to revoke and/or terminate any accounts that are being misused or in breach of the terms of use or should your Learning Partner status expire. Using the support forms

Support services will be provided to all go deploy clients when accessing products, whether developed by go deploy directly or by a third party.

Some products may qualify for additional support services. These additional support services are defined in the agreements between go deploy and the content publisher, author, or customer and may not be described in this policy.

go deploy will provide support for any platform in which the client has a valid client agreement, or in which the user is accessing products on behalf of a customer with a valid client agreement.

  • Support is available 24/7/365.
  • Support will only be provided in English.
  • Support requests can only be submitted using the Support Request form. Support requests made via other means will not be responded to. This is to ensure your request is routed correct department in the quickest possible manner.
  • In accordance with our SLA, support requests are reviewed within four hours of receipt of a valid and completed support ticket. Incomplete tickets may cause a delay in response or resolution.

The go deploy support team do not control proprietary lab content as we are not the author or trainers for the labs. The support team can troubleshoot issues with connectivity, account logins and platform, we are unable to troubleshoot content within the lab unless we own the content or it is part of our lab management procedure.

Changes to this Agreement

go deploy reserves the right, in its discretion, to modify from time to time or terminate the Terms of Use and it’s reference in use to services. Please review this document regularly as your continued use of our services is taken as agreeance and consent and therefore bound by any future changes. If, at any time, you do not accept changes you must terminate use of our services immediately.

Cancellations, Refunds and Payments

In order to cancel an order or request a refund you will need to reach out via our support form, refunds will only be issued once reviewed if warranted.

You have the right to cancel your account at any given time, all data will be anonymised and therefore we will not be able to identify any previous order history after the moment of account deletion. Lab keys will still be usable. On deletion you will receive an order key summary on how many times it has been redeemed and how many times the key can be redeemed. Any future orders will require a new account to be set up.
