Ordering / Order management
Why can't I order Microsoft content?
If you are unable to place an order for Microsoft content, it may be that your account does not hold the required privileges to do so. Please ensure that you have entered a valid Partner ID in your organisation settings, so we are able to validate your TSP status and grant access accordingly.
Where will my order information be?
Order information is sent via email to the registered email address of the account that was used to place the order. You will receive an order confirmation email with a PDF attachment which includes your lab access information.
How can I amend my order?
Orders that are placed using a debit or credit card cannot be amended. For customers that are on monthly invoicing terms, make your way to the order history page, which can be located by clicking the manage dropdown at the top of the page. Select edit on the order that you would like to amend. Ensure you save your changes after amending your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed using a debit or credit card cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Customers that are on monthly invoicing terms can cancel an order, assuming the product access key has not yet been issued / redeemed, up until the cut-off point. If you are unsure of your cut off point, please reach out to your account manager for further information.

Account Management
How can I add a business unit admin?
Click on your company name (top right of the screen) and in the dropdown choose Company admins. Here you can invite a user via email by entering their name and email address.
How do I update my organisation information?
Please reach out to our support team for assistance updating organisation information.
My organisation is showing that I have not yet been validated as a Training Services Partner?
On occasion, a Partner ID may not be included as part of our pre-approved list from Microsoft, and we must manually validate this with them directly. This process can often take up to 60 hours to complete. If you have been waiting longer than this time frame, please reach out to our support team.
How do I invite an instructor to associate with my organisation?
Click on Manage (top left of the screen) and in the dropdown choose Instructors. Here you can send an email invite to an instructor by selecting the Invite Instructor button and providing a name and an email address.
How do I manage a class?
Click on Manage (top left of the screen) and in the dropdown choose Instructors. From here you can manage the instructors associated with your organisation by creating and updating their classes.
Lab Info
When does the 180 day access period start?
The 180 day access period begins once a student redeems the product access key. The key will not begin the expiration countdown timer until this has taken place so there is no rush to use your keys.
How long are M365 trial tenants available for?
Microsoft 365 trial tenants provided with Microsoft labs are available for a maximum of 14 days. After this point, for post class access to labs, or, for access to labs that do not conform with standard scope of Microsoft class deliveries, students or training providers will need to provide their own tenants where required.
Are there any connectivity requirements?
There are no requirements for any additional third party software to access our labs, however, it may be worth checking out our connectivity requirements to ensure a smooth delivery.
